O'Brian H. Davis, MBA, MHSA
Financial Analyst II
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center
O’Brian is a Financial Analyst in the Research Foundation at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He is the past Treasurer of the ORV NAHSE Chapter and Xavier University’s Graduate Student Association. O’Brian brings a diverse portfolio of skills to the healthcare industry from time spent working for a large consumer products organization, as well as a major airline carrier. In addition to his career experiences, O’Brian earned an MBA in Finance and MHSA from Xavier University. He is originally from Jamaica and is passionate about community engagement and health equity. He currently serves as the President of the ORV NAHSE Chapter.
Sherna Joseph, MPH, MBA
Financial Analyst II
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center
Sherna Joseph is currently a Financial Analyst at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. She supports the business and financial initiatives for the Division of Immunobiology. Prior to working as a Financial Analyst, Sherna was an Administrative Fellow at CCHMC working with Patient Services. She worked alongside division leaders and senior executives to support business, operational and strategic planning efforts throughout the organization. Sherna joined the National Association of Health Services (NAHSE) in 2018. She had the opportunity to attend the 33th Annual Educational Conference in October where she fell in love with the organization. Ms. Joseph is from Miami, FL where she attended the University of Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. She continued her education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Health (MPH). Sherna is passionate about increasing access to quality and cost-efficient healthcare services for marginalized communities. She is committed to ensuring excellence in the healthcare industry.
Brittany Radford-Cutts, MBA, MHA, CRCR

Ms. Brittany holds the position of a Accounts Receivable Rep at Ensemble Health Partners. In this role she analyze trends of claim payments per insurance companies to remediate all issues and ensure timely payments when billed. Prior to joining Ensemble, Ms. Brittany served in various roles in the healthcare industry with wide-ranging know-how in both back-end and front-end operations. She received her undergraduate degree from Wright State University, MHA degree from the University of Cincinnati, and earned her MBA from Tiffin University.
Dustin Ward, MBA, MHSA
Bon Secours Mercy Health
Dustin is the Manager of Innovation for Bon Secours Mercy Health and is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Bon Secours Mercy Health innovation pipeline and portfolio.
Dustin joined Mercy Health in 2017 and has helped lead several projects, including the pending implementation of a Clinical Trial Management System, the implementation of the My Idea portal, and standing up numerous innovation pilots throughout the ministry.
An Ohio native, Dustin holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Wittenberg University, a master’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Xavier University.

Libby Bjork is currently in the dual degree program at Xavier University pursuing a Master of Business Administration and a Masters in Health Services Administration. She is originally from Albany, New York . Libby earned a Bachelors of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut.
